Gradcore will implement a version of the market-leading Yorkshire Graduates regional jobsite on a white-label basis. This site will be designed to work specifically in a local/regional graduate recruitment context. The job site will have a look and feel that is specific to your business needs, but is based on a proven underlying system and methodology. Once implemented, the site is handed over to your team to deliver the business activity, with ongoing IT and business support from Gradcore.
This would include support and set up, but we would also run the business operation on the ground in the region. This ensures that the operation can be established quickly and benefits from the wider support structure of the Gradcore back office team. This option is ideal if you do not have an established team to deliver the business activity behind the site. There is also the opportunity for a revenue share model once profitable.
