Our team of trained assessors screen over 90,000 applications every year on behalf of a wide range of public and private sector clients – covering SMEs and blue chip organisations.

We approach the screening of candidates with several goals in mind:

  1. To assure that quality and validation is maintained throughout the process

Our candidate screening methodology can include application and/or CV sifting, “killer” questions, asynchronous video interviews, psychometric testing, online application management, interviews and Assessment Centre experience. We also have robust reporting mechanisms to ensure our client gets transparency of the talent pool.

We do not have a one-size fits all approach. We believe the key to the success of a recruitment campaign is to closely match the goals and culture of the organisation with the exercises and instruments of the assessment process – linking this to existing talent development streams within the business.
